NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — New York City is getting another military flyover.
As part of the Independence Day celebration, bombers and fighter jets from the Air Force and Marine Corps will fly over the city skies at 5 p.m. Saturday.
It’s part of the U.S. Military’s event called “Salute to the Great Cities of the American Revolution.”
The aircraft will fly from the Hudson River to the Statue of Liberty and then towards the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge.
