The best celebrity Halloween costumes of all time run the gamut in terms of style, subject, and execution. Some of the greatest ones are fresh takes on classic characters, like when Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum went as Rosemary and her baby in 2023. We can't wait to see what celebrities have in store for 2024. They certainly brought their A-game last year, despite SAG-AFTRA's call for members to avoid movie-inspired costumes amid the ongoing Hollywood strike. Instead, many embodied popular cartoon characters or pop stars (two categories that were fair game). Just look at Justin and Hailey Bieber, who went as Bamm-Bamm and Pebbles from The Flintstones.
