In October 2024 the “Thank U, Next” singer addressed plastic surgery rumors while hooked up to Vanity Fair’s notorious lie detector test, answering her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo's pointed questions about what she’s had done.
In the clip Grande vehemently denied having gotten a “nose job,” “boob job,” facelift, chin implant, and fox eye lift, though she did note that she’s “open” to a facelift down the line. The polygraph operator’s verdict? “She’s telling the truth.”
Grande was thrilled, of course. “This is the best day of my life! Take that, you YouTube people!” she exclaimed, seemingly addressing the countless internet sleuths who love to speculate about her appearance.
Finally, Grande revealed what she has done. “I’ve had fillers in various places and Botox, but I stopped like four years ago…and that is the extent,” she confessed. “But also [I am] in full support of all people who do these things. Work! Whatever makes women, men, non-gender-confirming people, feel beautiful should be allowed. Why do we care?”
