Apple appeared to experience a widespread outage on Wednesday afternoon, with users reporting trouble using the App Store.
The issues began around 11 am ET, according to a spike in reports on Downdetector, a site that tracks outages.
Several users grumbled that they were unable to download apps within the App Store, though software updates for apps that were already installed still worked.
“Won’t let me install anything, it just loads for a sec and then stops. Also can’t view Payment and Shipping in settings on iPhone nor Desktop,” one user wrote.
Despite the user reports, Apple’s support page displayed no current issues.
